I'd go with the BCM.
I built an M16A4 clone using a BCM upper and was extremely impressed. The fit and finish was perfect and it shot like a laser beam exactly where I aimed it every time. |

I thought BCM was having all kinds of QC issues and told customers to pound sand. Or was that last week and we're over it?

BCM since you've always wanted one. Scratch that itch! Plus it would probably be quite capable of pulling backup duty during a 3 gun match.

Either is fine, but I think BCM puts together a slightly better rifle. Buy plenty of mags and ammo too of course ;)
