Not only will it go right on, the trigger functions and resets, and dropping a pen down the barrel and pulling the trigger, the striker launches it with authority.

Sweet. They must've made about $36 from that!

That might actually be a really good use for them.

I'm curious how 'gen 3' the internals of the frame are.

Laugh all you want, but Smith sold a metric shit-tonne of Sigmas to security companies and foreign police departments.

They are owned by Beretta. They manufacture mostly in Turkey with Beretta CQ reps...

Yep.

Godamn I feel dumb now. It's pretty fucking inconceivable that even a single person in the whole US wouldn't know the household name of stoeger.
Maybe you should try reading. Not having heard of Stoeger is like a car enthusiast saying that he's never heard of Studebaker.

Feather or dot?

My wife's first handgun was a Beretta Cougar D. Worst trigger pull ever.

Does Ben Stoeger have anything to do with them?
Link Posted: 6/13/2019 5:57:45 PM EDT
So they're only making $200 in profit instead of $400 like Glock?

It would be one thing if we were talking about Joe blow but certainly not a guy who has been around on the biggest gun forum for a decade with 15,000 posts.

Or he’s just trolling

Or being intentionally obtuse

Congrats on owning a Turkish knockoff, I guess?

I'm sure it looks great next to your hi-points, Mr. True gun enthusiast.

Did I say that I owned one?

As for knock offs, unless your AR-15 style rifle was made by Colt, it is a knock off. If your 1911 style pistol wasn't made by Colt, or an Argentine licensed 1927, it too is a knock off. Own an Uberti? Knock-off.

Mr. True gun enthusiast.
Thank you.

Why would it kaboom? It wouldn’t possibly be any more prone than it would be on their respective frames. The barrel/slide/lockup assembly is moving over in whole, so there’s no more risk than usual.

I think that he's really butthurt that I said that a gun enthusiast should have known about Stoeger. I wonder if he's heard of Holland & Holland or Parker-Hale.

I believe all the patents on Glock have expired. Thats why you see ZEV, Agency Arms, and others coming out with full fledged Glock copies.
