Seems to have been showing up a bit more locally in the past month, but a 2-bottle limit at the booze store. Thinking maybe we were just having a run on it, as a store worker said people were buying 2-3 cases at a time.

But good to see it back!

Bourbon has gotten retarded. with all these mouth breathers sucking up everything...MUH Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare MUH WELLARRRRR ITS PAPPY!!!

I just buy the cheap EW Bonded now.

Had mutual friend knew that I like bourbon and was dying to have me try this hard to find allocated bottle of  ER. I told him ive had it before and its ok. "OK!? its from BT!!! Is a $60 bottle!"

I stopped buying it when it went over $28.

The amount of money some of these idiots spend on bottle is laughable,

Just stopped into my local store.  750s of BT $35.  Weller Special Reserve $70.  Weller Full Proof $500.

Didn't bother asking for prices on the Stagg or 10 & 12 year Pappy.

There have been some sightings of BT and Weller SR in the Houston metro area, mostly stacked in the spare bedroom.

Buffalo trace is in every Tesco (major grocery store like Walmart ) across the Uk but in 80 proof (lame). I routinely get the eagle rare for 30£ Delivered to my door via Amazon ($40 because $ to pound is lame and booze tax here is ridiculous). Every state I’ve been to in the last 3 years there is no Buffalo Trace juice ever. I doubt they are exporting large quantity but the stuff sits on the shelves here.

Around home (DFW) it's been hit or miss but I can usually find it at MSRP without too much trouble. I spent most of this year working in AZ and CA and it seemed to be everywhere in abundance. The allocation system for a lot of bourbons is strange, I just missed being in the Phoenix area a couple months ago when Blanton's, Stagg Jr., and some other "rare" bourbons were showing up all over the place at MSRP but I have yet to see a bottle of either here at home for under $200 and it's usually sold out.

I've gotta find some EH Taylor Rye. I'm about to pay $200 for a bottle and really don't want to.
