I popped my personally-owned-but-not-personally-purchased-firearms cherry in 19 and 97 with gifted sweet ass USP chamber in the venerable .40 Sweet & Wet.
 She will forever be my "off the books, SHTF, no matter what, always have a bad ass pistol that's never had a single hiccup" gun. As an added bonus, there's almost always .40 left on the shelves. * I mean she was until my then girlfriend took her back. You can look for it at her place, Mr. ATF Man. |

Finally sold it after the second time it beat itself to death. Fun, but they need constant repairs. Enjoyed my M60's more. Jelly of your 23 conversion kit. Wanted one back then but they weren't anywhere to be found and probably would have kept mine if it was in 23. |

I was looking into going to a compact size gun (g19), up from a subcompact (g43x, current carry gun).
I really wanted to find a hK that would fit the bill (striker fired compact), but just couldn’t find one I liked. I had a hK p2000 in 40 that is still the most reliable semi auto handgun I’ve ever owned. I couldn’t find one for a decent price. Ended up with a Shadow Systems g19 clone with a rmr. I’ll get a p3000 full size one of these days. |

The MP5 is obsolete, but if you are going to own one, it should say HK on the side, not Fake-ass Clone.
