My wife and I have been together for close to 20 years.  I can count the number of times she's done anything with her hair on one hand.  She says that hair clips give her "an instant head ache."  My thinking is maybe they aren't tight enough or maybe it's something else.

Anyone else experience this?

Thanks!

I don’t waste my time wondering about women’s headaches.

Studies prove that sex cures headaches.

Yes.

Any sort of band (like for a ponytail) or a good hair clip will give me one IF the hair is pulled tightly or too tight.

If I wear it for a long time, it's a sure way to end up with one.

Tell her to go with a loose ponytail or go to a clip that isn't as stout.

This used to happen to me when I wore clips or bands.  Pretty much anything that pulled my hair at the temples would do it.  I never found a solution to the problem other than to not wear them.

Yep!

My hair will hurt if I have my hair too tight for too long, also.

Also, hair that has been in one style for a long time tends to get cramps when the style is changed.

I like to work with my hair, if it is parted on the opposite side, the top portion becomes very sensitive until I change it back.  PMS hair....lol
