Penny stock company had a good patent infringement lawsuit against a competitor, looked like a big settlement or buyout was coming. Magically the company declared bankruptcy suddenly, the CEO got appointed to the board of the competitor and a bankruptcy court allowed the competitor to buy the patents for pennies on the dollar. Total fraud. |

I have a colleague that went in for 2mil shares. I wasn't that ambitious, just a couple thousand.

It was at 19 prior to their announcement on Monday about stock rights. They are devaluing as I read into it. Too many folks owning millions of shares. It might be a good thing in the long run.
