I've had around 25 different motorcycles.
I love and live on 2 wheels. Watching on board TT videos make me anxious and almost induce a panic attack. Those conditions are insane. |

I've lived within 10 minutes of one of the fastest Nascar tracks in the country for 40 years. Went to one time trial and got a free ticket to a race decades ago. The only upside was was getting shifaced. Never been back. I only heard of the TT a couple of years ago. I would love to see that in 3D before I die. It must truly be incredible to witness. |

But the racers have ridden hundreds of practice laps over the years, and have each of the many turns memorized for entry/exit, camber, braking markers and speed. Imagine the old NES game GP1, which had an inset in the upper left corner with a course map showing where you were and what was coming up next. These guys have the IoM course etched in their brains. |

I'm a racer. I remember when the IOM was part of the FIM championship. I've been there, got a ride with a long time racer. On a bike, it doesn't look all that bad, If I still had my youth, I'd run some laps for sure. My time has passed but we are planning on going back to the island asap.
