Take it apart and see what's up with the extractor. If a Glock extractor is installed properly I don't immediately see how it could be loose. My guess would be something is broken or missing. Is it possible your pistol was Bubba'ed?

Order a spring then go to YouTube it will take 5 seconds to replace.

Fixed it. Turns out you need a tiny flat head screw driver to pry back plunger spring. Off to the range.
