 I'm trying to add this animated gif as my avatar and it's not allowing it to be animated it's the right dimensions as I resized it to. Any help is appreciated. |

I'm trying to resize it to the right size but its not allowing me to set it as file size limit and not sure what file format I need to save it as.

Must be 125x250 and under 30kb

When I try to change it down below 30kb the gif image turns black and grey.
