Yes was doing it through the profile. When I go to the portal there is not an option for reset.

I’m getting the same error.
I was also looking for the mail server addresses to setup in my Outlook but I can’t seem to find them. |

I have been a member for a few years, and just renewed, I never realized we get an email address.
Where do I find the info on how to access and set these up? |

OK anyone having this issue. I need more information.
I tried the tool to change password and it worked fine in both Chrome and Firefox. Arr6 - I don't see an email existing on the mail server for you. Did you create the account first? topps401 - Also do not see an email account existing on the mail server for your username either. H4ppyB34r - In your profile there's a section on the left with links. One of them is mail accounts. Once you click that, the right side of the page will load the tool. You can click on create account to create it. |

 My email account has shown active the whole time I have tried to access my email. After your post, I went in and disabled my account, then enabled it. It allowed me to change my password and then login to the web client. |

Can you provide the incoming(IMAP) and outgoing(SMTP) server names?
