Look super super serial
Elon Musk chatty as he leaves San Francisco federal courthouse |
As long as nobody attacks from across the street he appears fine guy near front door wasn’t looking behind either
I can't say I see all the subtle details.
Unknown unknowns for me,regarding guarding another person. That said, a sperg from South Africa probably has legit security vs. the average American giga billionaire |
Elon's not a small guy or a pussy either. I'd bet money he's armed. I'd assess him as someone I needed to use a weapon on immediately as well.
I'm surprised the .gov hasn't raided him and found child porn on his laptop, a laptop that he doesn't even own
And some top secret .gov documents since it seems like everyone has them laying around their house |
2nd richest dude in the world. who here thinks he doesnt need them? If I was the 50th richest guy I would have a few more than Elon. I like breathing.
Those guys are just bullet sponges. You would be hard pressed to spot the actual protection detail for someone with Elon’s $$$.

Considering all 4 were looking in the same direction for 40 seconds.....yeah, about that.

No way you're getting actual 24/7 armed security for that. Even at 3 per shift, 8 hrs each, that's 9 guys. 100k/yr is cheap for competent experienced guys. 100k gets you a tough looking meat head. |

Like was already noted they don't look like they know what they are doing. For the money he's paying I would expect ex Secret Service, US Marshals or tier-1 folks. People that have years of experience & training doing protection details.

I wonder if a man can get hired for that work these days without having a beard.

View Quote How is a machine shop guy from the Midwest going to judge competency? I’m familiar with a real world security detail for an actual billionaire and know numerous people employed there. You are talking about a big endeavor with site and personal security. Think about employing an HR person, two project managers, probably four or more people on duty at the fixed site alone 24/7, the lowest paid guys at the fixed site at more than $50/hour, bonuses, vehicles, travel… Many millions of dollars per year. |

well at least he's taking things seriously.
I remember watching a video of him awhile back where he was outside just standing in front of his car on the street It would have been so easy for someone to come up and pop him or run him over. At least now he's got guys watching over him and they're actively scanning for threats |

Ah, the glamorous world of Executive Protection
Like roaming the tampon aisle at the Walgreens on the Vegas strip at 0300, clutching the torn off end of a box trying to match brands for the client's trophy wife or mistress Say no to a clients wife and you better be ready to get down and suck better than she does or else your ass WILL be on the next plane (or bus) home |

View Quote One of those security dudes was an extra in the last John Wick film. In the hotel scenes. He’s probably an ex-SEAL teamer. Natural movie stars. |

I have a friend that worked for him last year. He is a reserve swat cop and did it for 6 months but the travel was too much. All others are either ex seals or green berets. He said they don't fuck around.
Also they make a lot more than 100k a year each. |

Do you have me confused with another poster? Not sure where the hostility is coming from Eta: m Maybe I was not paying attention during the part of class where they train the entire detail facing the same direction. Is that some hsld stuff you guys hold close to the vest? I said it would cost much more than 500k. |

Just for show to ward off the average idiot. The one guy had aipods lol.
They need some sun glasses.
The guy on the right’s eyes look like he hit Biden’s free crack pipe. I wonder what SMG’s they are concealing. |
If I had Musk money I'd have a police force and SWAT team.
I'd have Charlie's Angeles lookin' Kung Fu knowin' chicks that stayed with me day and night. They'd even protect me in the shower. |
