Not affiliated with a dealership. You should check out vitalmx.com. on the motorcycle side of dealership you should be able to find someone with some I sight

If you want the firmware updates (which you do NOT need), they have to be done via the CST (common service tool) via the dealer only portal, with the tool connected. They cant give you remote access due to IP address tracking and the terms of their dealer contract.  

If you want it, the only way you can do it, is if agency pays for a dealer license and renews it yearly.    

Suggest you find your local dealer and establish that relationship, so you can get your saws updated (Which they don't need to be because these are not computers, they are saws.  Any updates are just going to jack up the carb to be more enviro friendly).  99% of saws coming into a shop for service are not updated.  Its typically on used when you replace a major component, like the carb.  If you need to replace a carb, but you can buy the part over the counter and ask they flash it by giving them the serial number for your saw.
