the neon green color draws attention for sure.
by the response youve got you can tell it works. use that color for important site messages and more ppl will look but cant guarantee they click or read. that green caught my eye tho. thank you arfcom |

The SORBS blacklist is probably the biggest issue, and I'm surprised the problem isn't more widespread than big bad Microsoft accounts. The DMARC record is another component of a spam score, and the two together might be the issue with MS accounts. Too many spam flags = spam mail. |

Being on SORBS is definitely a problem. It appears SORBS listed that IP almost 3 years ago, so probably whoever Spamazon assigned it to prior to Arfcom was running a sewer, and SORBS got pissed and listed it.
Spamazon rarely takes any action about their spam problem, and are happy to assign dirty IP's to their clients. In this case, Arfcom is the new victim. The real question is - does M$ use SORBS ? I tend to doubt it myself. I don't see M$ using an outside RBL. They're much more the type to use their own (crappy) solution that works poorly at best. |

SORBS issue is cleared. We will see if that makes any difference. We will be adjusting our mail records as well.
To be clear, we reached out to MS folks multiple times and they refused to tell us anything. They simply would respond with "we are unable to discuss this matter with you" and cut communications. It's frustrating when the folks you need to clarify an issue are actively rejecting to even talk to you. |

Someone please tag me when you have the answer. Hotmail has an option to add "safe senders and domains" to keep certain emails from ending up in your junk box. What would the added domain be for ar15.com? Just ar15.com or is it something different?
