I did my first ddpy (ddp yoga) Sunday. I was very happy with it, much more of a workout than standard yoga, but I still feel like I got the mobility benefits while burning a few more calories than usual.

Has anyone else tried it? If so, What are your favorite workouts?

Wow, nobody?

I've done fat burner 2.0 twice now - both times worth about 220 calories according to my apple watch. Not bad for 30 minutes of fast paced yoga poses. A two mile walk with the dog on wooded trails is worth about 245 cals in about 40 minutes.
