But we have become too soft for that these days. Lots of people were jailed during the quarantines of the Spanish flu. |

So our public health director has mandated that anyone incarcerated in the jail be isolated for 14 days prior to entering general population. We have a limited number of isolation cells male or female. We were told only to make physical arrests for crimes of violence. Breaking quarantine is not a crime of violence.
