Just heard it from a friend working there. I saw a fighter overhead my house. Any news?

Hearing that the F-15’s based @flypdx have been scrambled and it’s not a drill for an unauthorized takeoff. So if you hear a boom. That’s likely it.

That's cruel and could cause an avalanche. Send him WNW at 15K' with instructions to wait for further instructions.

So how exactly do you obtain the required knowledge and access to get a commercial airliner airborne...without auth..from a major international airport..and not be able to land it..and not forsee the f15 thing...?

I mean I'm above average..and I dont think I could just sit down in the seat and fly..and I've flown private planes briefly...plus I know there are fighters with the ability to shoot my silly ass down and they are authorized to use all the speed 'murica gave'em...which is more than enough.

On flightradar24 there are several planes circling to the SE of Seattle, some others look to be diverted to PDX. However other planes are still landing at SEA.

So 142nd FW F-15s scrambled to Seattle and have intercepted what is supposedly a Q400 that may have taken off without permission. Details could totally change but that’s what I have so far. The scramble was 100% legit over land to Seattle. Incident ongoing...
