Lehto was an F-16 pilot/instructor for 18 years and has extensive experience with NVG's and analyzing flying objects.
1) He thinks the triangles/pyramids are real, and not "bokeh" or some other artifact. He says he was quite freaked out when he first saw the video.
2) He thinks the shape of the craft is an upside-down die-4 (if you played Dungeons & Dragons or other dice based games, you know what these look like).
3) He said with a bit more data, he could determine the size of the objects.
4) The objects could be 10's of feet away or in orbit, and they would look the same on NVG's. His best guess is they are between 1 NM and 7-8 NM's away. If 1 NM away, they are about 83 feet tall and if 8 NM away, they are about 664 feet tall. He thinks these things are big and not drone or balloon sized.
