Got a box that was clearly labeled “team lift” several times. Got tired of waiting on my buddy to get off work and carried it upstairs to my daughters room alone.

Will I die? Hernia?

I think it's more for warehouse/retail employees. Not sure if it's an OSHA requirement but when I worked at a store we had to get somebody else to lift if it was marked team lift

It means you're supposed to lift the entire team!

I've done some really stupid human tricks like pick up a 210 pound machine off of one bench, carefully turn around, and set it down on another bench without help, but that doesn't mean it was smart of me to do it. Fortunately I have a stupidly strong back as compensation for my weak mind.

OSHA's threshold for a 2 man lift is 50 pounds. Which I think is kind of absurd as I curl more than that per arm. And I'm not particularly strong.

I bought two metal pegboards for my tools. It had the team lift sticker on it. I have bags of dogfood heavier than the pegboard.

Thats cute sweetheart, try lifting something thats a 6 man lift with 2 people or being told to move a one ton plus DRASH military generator/tent/ac unit TRAILER.... with no vehicle to move it and no front wheel, in big ass gravel. Our Ssgt told us to move it right before he left and said it better be moved by the time he gets back (like an hour) and not a damn vehicle in sight. Thank God for Private power and SPC mafia. It was myself and then Spc Schad (rip). 2 people to move that Cluster $^$#$
