Edit Profile I try to change the text and hit "update profile" I get an error that says "The Following Errors Were Found:  Locked from editing signature"

I don't know if I was a bad boy once (honestly can't remember but I know I do have a few warnings from some unfiltered posts) and maybe a Mod disabled that feature for me so I can't have a sig line.  That's fine.  But it's preventing me from editing my title.

Also, I can't edit my location.  I'm weeks away from moving and eventually I'll want to change my state.  Can someone please help me?
