For years the police on facebook in albany ny area have posted guns confiscated from criminals
The only time they didn't have more than 10 rounds aka large capacity mag was because the gun didn't hold 10 to begin with. To say the mag ban is effective is pure theater |

What happens after the 10 day stay should prove interesting.
Maybe next friday will be an assault weapon ban ruling to really keep the ball rolling. 23 years it has taken to get to this point. And people on this site have chastised me for shit like believing in jury nullification, who has the time to sit around waiting for shit to be declared unconstitutional. Shit like this should be kicked by juries giving the middle finger to the entier system "i am the law" trial judge's included. |

Expect everyone to drop every opinion possible between now and Rahimi's oral arguments in a few weeks, the judges will not want to rewrite their opinions based on their attempts reading the tea leaves or be stuck waiting until June for the opinion.
