I get affiliate links provide revenue but it's pretty annoying when merchants aren't affiliated so links just die.

Thank you for the details. If you can bear with us while we troubleshoot this it would be greatly appreciated. It looks like the ad is taking up 2x the space it should.
Does the ad have that blank space beneath it if you rotate the iPad to portrait mode? Can you close the ad with the "x" in the upper right hand corner? Does it reappear as in the screenshot above (with the extra space under the ad) after you do? In your iPad settings > Safari, what is your Page Zoom set to? Are you on the desktop version of the site (like in the screenshot) or the mobile version? |

So I’m assuming that the pop up ad at the bottom is here to stay.
It pops up on every thread I open and is quite annoying. And there used to be a way to click on it and opt out but it seems that option is no longer there. I don’t have a problem with static banner ads, hey gotta pay the bills, but these pop ups are a game changer for me and will limit my time on the forum. |
