Finally had the time and some warm enough weather to get a batch made.
   Target OG was 1.084, hit 1.083 going into the fermentor, I'll call that close enough  19lb of grain, 2 row, crystal 60 and carafa III Chinook, amarillo and simco hops Been a long while since i've brewed a CDA, few weeks it'll be on tap and ready to drink

I don't import to Beersmith, I followed the setup to have them report to my personal Google Sheets spreadsheet. They are the best thing that I have found for keeping track of lager fermentation to know when to start the ramp-up for diacetyl rest. |

Very nice.
I have a Stout and a Cream Ale finishing up secondary fermentation. ETA: I’m using pair Fast Fermenters and have a tilt in each. |
