The locat store was having a blow out sale of cider so I grabbed a bunch. I found out when I got gone that it has some preservative but I’m hearing that’s not an issue.

I ordered some good yeast that should be here shortly.

So what do I do? Add some sugar and the yeast and try and turn it into hard cider?

Or do similar but turn it into mash for a distillation?

Or buy some everclear and make punch

Cook it down with some brown sugar and spices, let it cool then pour in 5 gallons of 180proof and jar that shit up. ??

I vote Hard Cider.
Anyone can make punch with Everclear - blah.
Distillation is illegal...
So I'd find a nice cider recipe and go for it!

The correct answer is cyser. You just need a gallon of honey , a 7-gallon car boy, and some yeast.

Oh yes Cyser is where it is at! Its difficult to drink hard cider after having some of that! Good stuff! Apple Pie in a bottle!

Add sugar (or honey preferably).

Dry hop with a cinnamon stick in secondary fermentation.

@WILSON actually it's really good and I still have some! Been bottle ageing it to have this fall/winter. Opened a bottle probably a month ago and it's super dry, flavorful, and not syrup sweet, so just the way I like em.
