24 oz. of Amish Blue cheese crumbles
2 cups of sour cream
2 cups of mayonnaise
1 table spoon of sugar
1 table spoon of REAL lemon juice

Mix well and pour back into the blue cheese container
It’s better to let it set up for a day, the flavors will mingle

Uses, salad dressing, hot wing dip, chip dip

I make mine with Maytag Dairy Farms Bleu Cheese, finely minced green onion, little bit of finely minced garlic, dash of horseradish, mayo, sour cream, and some salt. IIRC I got the recipe from Maytag years ago on their website. It is awesome, and very flexible. Add more horseradish and you have a great roast beef/prime rib/wing sauce with some heat in it. Get creative with it.
