I think the obelisk tower has been up like that for quite some time
Off to dreamland resort. Haven’t had a look there for some time.
* nothing there. At least not on these possibly new structures.
Just some talk of F-117s spotted flying about
And the new Star Wars canyon route
Interesting they said porpoise have been spotted flying drones/mulitcopters through the old Jedi transition. Maybe the new route too

And I think the tower’s purpose was discussed years ago as they would hang shapes or assemblies on there for Radar cross section testing. The shape of the tower minimizes its return and they can rotate the test subject so it faces the beam from different angles.

Wind and how the scoop from the pile would be my guess. If it’s a sand/gravel pile- which it looks like.

Those tall stands (obelisks) are usually used to mount an airframe of some sort (jet, drone, missile, etc) to conduct testing on radar cross signature and other fun things.

When satellite vulnerability report says coast is clear of prying eyes, it gets craned up, testing is done and it comes back down and hidden away.
