Checkmate is the company putting up all the fences and other barriers. I don't know how much actual security they are providing as most of the checkpoints are manned by national guard troops.

I'm thinking it was summed up in the last sentence. They will provide the porta potties. With the federal assets Joe has available, I can't see some company who provides security for events doing anything other than that.
