Military Service members may not be forced to involuntarily take experimental vaccines. Even in the service Informed Consent applies. Yet here we are.
While Comirnaty is now FDA approved, Pfizer continues to produce and sell only ‘vaccine’ with EUA labeling. Labeling is cleared by FDA, and EUA labeling is legally distinct from the cleared version.
The distinction creates a legal difference, since FDA has not cleared the formula, supply chain and manufacturing sites used to make the EUA labeled product as able to make and market Comirnaty. If Pfizer were to change the EUA labeled product to the cleared product label without FDA clearance then the product would be legally “adulterated” (a supplier change, even for an identical key ingredient requires a regulatory re-submission to FDA to get a new clearance that empirically shows the change creates an equivalent product).
This situation is, in my speculation, so the government can have it two ways: one-(1) to be able to push mandates claiming the product is “essentially the same as” the cleared version, while, two-(2), simultaneously protecting Pfizer from liability.
