Never brewed this style before so would like some opinions:

13lb Belgian Pilsner
.25lb Biscuit
.25lb Aromatic

Mash at 152* for 60min

1oz Cascade- 60min
1oz Amarillo- 20min
1oz cascade- 10min
1oz Centennial, 1oz Amarillo- 5min

It will make beer.

Whenever I use pilsner malt, the brew store lady reminds me to boil for 90 minutes, I forget why.

Probably to drive off DMS/Precursors.  I think its mostly BS. I believe Brulosophy tested this a few times and found no taste difference even with a 30min boil (IIRC the longer one ended up darker).

In general always boil with the lid off, Boil VIGOROUSLY and pitch a generous amount of yeast and you can probably just do a 60 minute.
