The tickets to the PBA or Chief/Sheriff's dinner are not.

I always assumed it was either free or the funeral home took care of it as part of the service so the cost was invisible to whoever paid for the funeral.

Our sheriffs office does it for free. But I have heard the funeral home still charges you for it. If you were a veteran, the Patriot Guard Riders will give an escort for free. If they have a chapter in your area.
