One of my buddies talked me into getting a Hot Logic and trying the whole meal prepping thing. I was trying to just do some basic stuff (reheating frozen pork chops and fish) and it seems like it goes straight from being still cold in the middle to being dried out in a couple of minutes. So I figured I would try cooking pork chops in it, and those were barely edible. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Ya, something like that. It has a hot plate that's supposed to make food taste better than microwaving it, but it seems like it dries everything out.

I got one a few weeks ago, still learning how to use it but I love it so far.

Makes things really easy and does not dry them out.
