I have a 1L Weller 12 I'd be willing to swap for a Blanton's SFTB.

Wish I did, I have been looking for a bottle of the Weller 12 for ages. We just dont see it in Oregon often.

So what’s the rules on trading bottles?
Are there are rules on the EE for trading bottle for bottles? Or bottles for other items?
I know there are some strict laws regarding buying/selling spirits and shipping, but pretty hard to figure out.

I had been collecting random stuff for the last few years, and just realized I’ll never be able to drink what I have. Just hate having to pass up deals.

Without specific guidance to the contrary I have to believe that any bottle swaps would be an off EE violation if not done via PM exclusively. It is a violation of Oklahoma state law to ship spirits in except through a licensed distributor but we've been doing it with one or two bottles here and there (via UPS only) and have had no problems.

Same here. I normal tape the cap on and package extremely well with some time of noise maker in it. Ex., box of mac & cheese or empty water bottle with pop can tabs, rice, or something in it. I always use FedEx or Ups. Never USPS!

Currently have a couple of 2018 Elijah Craig Small Batch Barrel Strength Batch B518. Batch B517 was the 2017 Whiskey of the Year. Might be doing some hunting tomorrow.

I think I've got the C917 traded for some Elmer T. Lee. I can free up the A117. Nice pic below. Love there age stated releases. I miss the 12 year. The current crop of undated is pretty damn good. I'm always looking for anything from Buffalo Trace but will always consider anything else I can use as traders. Whatcha got?
