I primarily shoot landscapes, but was contacted to do a project with a much larger scope than I'm used to. Any real estate shooters, how would you price this?

~10 images per locale w/ a mix of drone / ground (long exposure)
6 cities (cities are not close to each other, will take me 4 separate days of travel)

I do have a part 107 fwiw. I know how much I license images for, but haven't done a "package" deal like this and don't know how much of a discount to provide

I'm a home builder photographer; started in real estate. I shoot in 6 states but now operate an agency with 90 contract shooters covering 24 states. I've done a lot of shoots like this.

It comes down to usage, client's budget and what your time's worth. My clients have deep pockets and send a lot of work annually, so usage/licensing is generally sweeping and perpetual.

Travel fees aside, I would figure a full day in each location to get the shots they need (depending on their requirements, weather, etc.) My fee would be around $2,500-$3,500 a day for a good client, plus travel expenses. I know plenty of photographers who would charge more...not one if them deals in the volume I do though.
