Potato picture warning. Can anyone ID this aircraft? My friend snapped it as it flew low over his house. My best guess is a U-2.

Definitely jet engines.

WB-57F Canberra.  One of four modified for super high altitude weather recon.  NASA took them over and continue to use them for various things that need high altitude and long loiter.

Yeah, I missed it. Definitely the same airplane, and we're close to NASA.

Does NASA fly out of Ellington?

Article in The Drive yesterday about the Rivet Joint replacement the WC-135W flying up in the Baltic sniffing the air

Something not good is happening.   Or more not good than usual maybe.  Could it be something with the Russians nuclear powered doomsday torpedo or hypersonic missile?
Or maybe another accident?
