The media / Progressive machine is very impressive tool. Americans for the most part aren't very bright these days being the good sheep we've become.

What extreme weather event happened? It never even got over 90 here.

There was that hurricane in California that flooded like  3 culverts and closed a road. What else?

"Have you experienced any hot weather this summer or cold weather last winter?"

"Yes I have."

That seems like their criteria.

El Nino couldn't have had any effect.

Most Americans have a shorter memory than your average house pet.

Try to tell the average American that summers in the 1930's were hotter than anything today, and you would get a deer in the headlights look.

And the media is complicit in helping them establish this short term only memory.

Yup, years ago no one traveled south for spring break because the weather was so nice everywhere.

They must teach "how to be stupid" in schools these days.

America used to be much better than this.

No surprise there so many people are sheep.  Hell I still see people wearing mask walking down the street or driving a car by themselves.

What extreme weather?  It was quite mild here and only a couple big storms\tornado warnings.

Thats exactly the criteria.

Normal hurricane season......the climate alarmist........Oh no, there are hurricanes.....men are causing these
Normal tornado season......the climate alarmist........Oh no, there are tornados.....men are causing these
Normal rain season......the climate alarmist........Oh no, there is rain.....men are causing this
Normal snow season......the climate alarmist........Oh no, there is snow.....men are causing this
Normal summer season......the climate alarmist........Oh no, there is heat.....men are causing this

And yet these same people say we can't use weather to justify the lack of anthropogenic climate change.

The whole Climate Change thing is a religion and you are a heretic or infidel if you don’t believe in it.  My daughter has swallowed this BS hook, line, and sinker.

.
we had a warmer summer, but not outrageously so

temps outside of urban areas weren't as much higher than inside

There it is.  After another year of extreme brainwashing.... Americans are more brainwashed than ever.  They ramped up the Hysteria to 11 this year.  Every news outlet every day was pushing the narrative and trying to tie anything and everything to Climate Change.

Same. We’ve even had distinct seasons this year and a summer that wasn’t scorching hot.

Is this the extreme weather where the local media kept lying/reporting highs of 115 degrees, or the real weather where it was a normal summer with temps of about 99? Because I know people freaking out over the reported temps, but they never checked their own thermometers to see that it was all a lie.

None of the climate fearmongers discuss how beautiful the summer was in the upper midwest.  Here near Cleveland the summer was absolutely perfect!!

WTF I love climate change now.

Nicest spring/summer we've had in awhile.

So it gets cold in the winter and warm in the summers here. Must be that new climate change that's been going around. Couldn't be anything else.

No tornadoes.
No big thunderstorms.
Just long stretches of nice hot weather.

Wisconsin (or at least my part of it) experienced LESS weather events this summer than in any previous year I can remember.

The climate has been changing for billions of years, people activities are not causing it, and people activities cannot stop, or reduce it, no more than we can stop the sun from rising, wind from blowing, or rain from falling,  we’re simply along for the ride.
