Crazy, I never go down to west gate anymore. There was another shooting there a few months back too if I remember right, led to a huge search for the shooter.

Y'all are acting like Mesa, AJ, and Guadalupe don't exist. GTFOH.  For real though, spent most of my life in Scottsdale. Closest I ever got to a mass shooting was a double-homicide about 200m from my apartment. I think that a lot of the violence/shitty areas can be associated to streets instead of side of town, I.E. Thomas is pretty shitty across the city. |

The west side of town is a shit hole and the furthest south you want to really go in the avenues starting at around I17 is Thunderbird and as you go further west more like Bell road. |
