The left is insane. All of those bills are nothing more than punishment of the right for the left's TDS.

I like my guns. I'll keep my guns. And, I'll buy some more. Go fuck yourself.

It's getting pretty heated, Sheriff's in Washington state said that laws passed were unconstitutional and would not be recognized in their counties, now NM is doing the same. Definitely reaching a tipping point where sides will have to be picked, when do law abiding citizens become law abiding under the Constitution but outlaws under local laws....
Keep your powder dry lol and keep making those liberals cry! Need my clp. |

It would already be law if the Never_Trumptards'd had their way.

To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.”
Gee, I wonder what the other purposes could be. |

I bet he'd sign it if it had a guaranteed border wall fund included.

REQUIRE TAX STAMPS FOR RIFLES WITH DETACHABLE MAGAZINESDeming's fellow Florida Democrat, Ted Deutch, has filed a bill that would classify any semi-automatic rifle capable of accepting a detachable magazine of any size as an item to be regulated by the NFA. Deutch's H.R. 1263 would not directly ban the guns, just hit them with the same extensive requirements used to transfer suppressors and machine guns to include registration and a special tax.

I would like to see the Senate vote on it. Force the dems to stand on a line and acknowledge their disdain for the constitution. McConnell could make a show of it. After the 94 election fiasco, they'd be terrified, just like the Green New Deal.

From Deutch
“Notably, it did not ban any firearm; rather, it applied strict regulations on weapons of war like automatic machine guns and short-barreled shotguns so that they were much more difficult to acquire,” In other words made it more for the 1% |

Give it a break. This is more serious than messiah worship. View Quote Considering their willingness to allow him to fuck us on the second via regulation and executive fiat, do you think this bothers them? Trump is still playing mega MAGA under water 87 degree chess that will get Bezos to buy all of us a Plasma Rifle in the 80 MW range! |

It’s going to be biblical.

I wonder what the atmosphere would be like on this forum if this passed and people were openly admitting to having unregistered NFA items.

Power not delegated stuff that these legislatuors think they have. View Quote They like reciting Scalia... Our problem is they have collaborated with the media to give a definition of "assault weapon". Assault rifle was defined by the Army as a compact light weight rifle/carbine, capable of selective rates of fire. We can subjectively alter definitions of words now to fit a narrative. Well regulated used to mean in well working order. Today well regulated means lots of nanny state over sight with arbitrary rules and strict penalties. |
