It will be for a friends daughter Christmas/Birthday gift - see them running cheap from 20 bucks to 100 bucks - what do I need to be looking at/for?

We can swing a 100 one - just needs to be good.

She is very into art - I think that it will be very cool for her.

She has her B'day right after christmas - she is turning 17 so not a kid....

for her and her sister - a fitbit for Christmas and the pen for the B'day.

I looked at these on amazon last year. Read the reviews. I could not find one then with a great overall rating.
