Try a different browser, I've had to try multiple browsers to get image verify to show up

Use all lowercase letters.
Now tell me why it keeps saying I dont have a store account but won't let me make one because I already have one. |

I need to renew mine before the 22nd Might give it a try from IE when I get home but mobile isn't working. |

Same behavior, still have the issue Go to store.ar15.com and click the sign in top left i think. The pop up had the image and login options. I didn't think the process would cause it but might if been that. Are ad blockers and pop-up blockers disabled? |

Using the login in the top left worked. I was using the login at the top of the checkout form itself.
