Edit, yeah the increased death rate is due to drug use and suicide by lower educated whites. Heroin has gone from unusual to almost marijuana like common use in that age and Education group, along with meth and other drugs coming on the scene. White guilt has no more to do with it than when blacks were blaming the crack epidemic on whitey. |
