No, I hope they lose. Despite the UKR president begging for money non-stop and the country possibly being corrupt AF, Russia invaded a country that wasn't very much of a threat to them and that shouldn't be tolerated. The West has a small part to blame with talk of letting UKR into NATO, but the West (Western Europe and the US) are all about expanding control at the expense of the little guy.
In the end, I feel bad for the Ukrainian people (who have put up a great fight), the US taxpayer, and the poor schlub Russian solider (not the ones who did anything inappropriate to the UKR population, they should hang.) I am still of the opinion that a fair amount of this was pushed on UKR and RUS by the West to degrade Russia to where they are no longer a power -or- get Putin booted and hopefully get someone in the who would play ball with the EU... Playing ball means doing what the EU tells you to do, including all the woke/climate change bullshit. I would have been totally okay with Russia invading Germany. |

I don’t give a shit.
There are more than a few members here who are emotionally invested in Ukraine and reflexively lash out at skeptics. It’s an interesting phenomenon that the liberals in my area who have the “In this house we believe” yard signs also have Ukraine flags. |

This is some incredibly stupid shit, predicated on the notion that there are a bunch of pro-Russian sycophants in America.
It is just as stupid as the 'Muh Russia' fabricated conspiracy that all the dipshit libtards fell for in 2016. Putin is an oligarch cocksucker, just like we have a bunch of oligarch cocksuckers in charge of our government. That doesn't mean that I want to give 40+ billion dollars to Ukraine just a few short years after democrats assured us that there was no possible way that we could spend 8 billion dollars securing our southern border. |

If Trump’s boys Giuliani and Manafort hadn’t been balls deep in grifting off the Russian efforts to influence Ukraine then all the MAGA Bois wouldn’t be so fucked in the head about what is an undeniably righteous war for independence on Ukraines part.

Fuck Putin
Russia, I have these mixed feelings. If they could come out of their alcoholic and paranoid cultural morass dominated by insecturity over their unearned feelings of superiority, then maybe they'd realize their real threat is China, not the US, and we'd be natural allies. But I think they'll continue as a corrupt oligarchy. |

The Russian economy is a complete joke aside from their energy stranglehold on Europe that Europe was stupid enough to not address decades ago. Send Ukraine our outdated shit that is still useful, fine. The Russian boogeyman that we need to fight to save America is a complete fucking fabrication. Meh, this "war" will be over by the end of the year, US billions will dry up shortly after, and once the China, Russia, India (etc) alliance grows stronger the Ukes will align themselves with Russia again.

No I will be happy. I could care less about Ukraine, I just want to see Russia get mommied. They definitely need it.

No, I hope they lose bigly. I would love to see Putin and his cronies hanging from a yard arm.
Ultimately, I wish the Russian people would decide that another revolution is in order and drag themselves into the 21st century. |

No, but I do fear that Putin may be crazy enough to go nuclear if desperate.

I'm not a huge fan of sending cash to ukraine. If they use the weapons effectively, and evidence is that they are, I don't mind that so much. Definitely rooting for ukraine as the underdog/victim but I'm not on board for zelensky 2024 like some of the nut huggers.

No.
As corrupted as Ukraine may be, the ordinary people did not deserve what Russian aggression has done. |

The US/Europe is fighting a proxy war with Russia through Ukraine, and winning. Until this war started I never knew Russians were still so back ass minded and had orc like mentalities in this day and age. Only the Putin puffers and scared Armageddon cry babies will have hurt feelings.
