Avoid Magellan - have a Roadmate 700. Stick with TomTom or Garmin. Magellan has a bad habit of axing support in very short order. The Roadmate was a continuous series of issues - software freezes, incomplete maps, finally died - and never impressed me from what little use I got. From net responses - many suffered the same. I exchanged it after an epic wrestling match. I never used the replacement. Its was pricey as hell at the time - a grand + - so I was very disappointed.'
