NOBODY involved in the writing or production of "Over there" has ever been "over there" - I doubt any have even been in the military.

I have worked with many forigners who were surprised at how different America was from what they expected. Much of this is because of Television and Movies. Hollywood thinks they speak for us, but they never asked us. It is a very different culture and attitude - not to mention very anti-gun.
