Family Phengodidae, quite the beetle-catch if you're a collector. Females are odd because they're essentially mature larvae, never get wings or the hard shell, and don't look like beetles. Pick it up and put it outside, they're rare and predators under bark, so they'll eat stuff that will eat your house. Thanks for the pic! It's really cool to see!
