I have been collecting for close to 15 years ever since I got that fist shotgun at minimum age to go hunting with my father.  From there is just blossomed like epidemic disease to all kinds of things bad and black!

WTF is this shit - "Degree? I don't need a stinkin' piece o paper, I work for a living!"

I hate this class-warfare bullshit "I work for a living" implication that people with degrees don't work.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

BTW - One BA, one MA, working on an AAS in medical field - and I work my ass off.

BS in Biology, a few credits short of a BA in History
DPM (four year Doctoral degree in Podiatric medicine). I also received a Masters in Life Science along with the DPM.

I have been collecting guns since the early 80's when my Father got back into it. I try to get to the range as much as possible, usually whenever I have some free time.

I'm in college now, going to be a eye doctor. I've been shooting since I was a kid, I got my first rifle when I was 6 and my first pistol (Ruger bearcat) when I was 7, I'm 29 now. So sincemy dad took me out when I was 4, I guess its been since '79.

I am working full time on my master's.  I'm 33, and I have been shooting since the age of six, when I started out with my grandpa's K-22 S&W.  I shot my first 1911 at the age of 9.  Oddly enough (as I find out from talking to other shooters) I didn't shoot a rifle until I was probably 11.  I grew up with pistols.

When I was 9 or so, my grandpa used to let me carry his Model 36 unsupervised on his property.  Imagine giving a 9-year-old kid permission to wear a loaded sidearm now.

My dad started me pistol shooting between 2nd and 3rd grade, and in Junior High I started rifle shooting.  Dad gave me a Winchester 75, and at 14 I bought (through dad) a Ruger .22 pistol.  I guess "between 2nd and 3rd grade" was around 1976.
