Do you really want to know the truth?  They are more likely to deploy a microbot flying robot the size of a housefly into an open window.  The microbot will have a titanium needle which can inject a powerful vasoconstrictor.  The microbot will fly into the window when the man is asleep, fly - guided by
remote operators, land on the man's shoulder, inject him (like a mosquito does), and fly back out the window.  The man will appear to have a heart attack.  Laugh if you wish.  Sandia is the one who perfected the devices, IIRC.

Phased plasma piston in the 25 watt range. Or you could ask Kennedy.

Gonna have to wait another year or two for 40watt?

Kharn

Back in Kennedy's day, they only had the 25 watt setup.  There's been some movement in the meantime.

+1,000,000 Chuck Norris is the CIA's silenced pistol. If Chuck Norris cant do it, then it must be the coming  apocalypse

Scout

Correct, but it wouldn't be because he couldn't do it; just that he'd be busy or "otherwise engaged" with the other Three Horsemen getting ready for the Big Show.

They have different categories of assassinations.  In some cases, you are quite correct, if they are wanting it to appear that locals did it.
