Guys, I specifically said in the OP that I was looking for one that DIDNT attach to a gun since my CZ 75 DOESNT have a rail.  What do you guys do?  Post lights that are attached to your guns.  Evidently your only reading the title and not the opening post.  Geehz.  Lol

I wouldn't own a handgun for HD without a rail. My Glock 17 with X300 or Sig MK25-D with X300

Surefire C2, black, with a Defender strike bezel, a McClicky tailcap upgrade and a  Malkoff Devices M61 drop in, laser engraved with my initials. It's perfect.

This is an older drop in, I want to say 260 lumens, fantastic beam. Huge spill, still a decent hot spot for seeing into the darkness. I honestly wouldn't want much more, I've fired it up after I've been asleep in a dark room, and it's almost too much bounce off the walls. I wouldn't recommend over 350 lumens indoors, especially if it is very focused, personally.

Surefire 6PX Tactical. 320 lumens and a convenient size. I have two mounted to firearms. Before I did that, I had one that I often carried in my pocket.
