Florida has one hellva agricultural economy. We grow more beef than any state besides Texas. If fact it wasn't until around 1910 that Texas started producing more than Florida. If it wasn't for the fact that it is more economical to bring the cattle to the grain food lots rather than the grain to the cattle we would probably be out producing Texas nowadays.
Tourism may bring in lots of dollars but it cost the state a lot to accommodate that filthy business. Very few real Floridians make their living off the friggin tourists. It is mostly outside money. Florida would have even more of a booming economy if it weren't for the shithead tourists because we would be drilling for oil out in the Gulf. It is the tourist and condo development lobby that pays off our elected officials to not drill for oil. Florida did fine before the shitheads moved in and if they would leave we would do fine again. |
