Happily married 13 years with 4 kids (and one on the way). I read the thread and XM is doing it wrong. Congrats to everyone here in happy long term relationships

 I told my wife if she ever leaves me, I'll ride it out solo from here. I lucked out with her, I doubt lightning would strike twice for me. |

Still shocks me as to her need for spontaneous sex. 
Had a detour at the local park on the way to the Fish Fry. Gawd, that woman is HOT.

25 years this coming Sept. Been tough at times, but overall it's been good. Like my brother said when he offered some insight before the event, "Marriage is more . . . more good times, more bad times, more love, more hate - it's just more of everything. Expect it, and be prepared to deal with it." I have found that to be true.

My wife and I got together over 21 years ago and have been married over 18 years, with 2 boys ages 11 and 15. Its kind of amazing when I think about that and look back on our life together!

Married 8 years, met her on a blind date when I was 21.
It's hard to believe that was 11 years ago. I still don't understand how she puts up with me sometimes. It's nice to see these kind of threads, a nice change up from the doom and gloom dating ones. |

We did it right. Most people think you fall in love in the beginning and hate each other at the end. We hated each other the first night we met and got that out of the way right off the bat.
On our 19th year of marriage, have 3 kids, still get a twinkle in our eye when we see each other and nothing on earth could ever drag me away from this man. Nov. 1996
