I feel dirty after just looking at those pictures.
You can't fuck him/her up and then tell the truth, then you are giving the law no choice but to prosecute you. You have to tell the cops, "...he just kept falling down the stairs while I was trying to detain him for you. Every time I recaught him and brought him back up, he just kept falling..." Make sure to litter the stairs with sharp objects that he "accidentally" fell onto. Cops aren't dumb. But once they see the pictures of what he did, they might be inclined to agree with the perp's "clumsy" status. |

LOL, I know how you feel. Don't worry, there are many organizations out there that are mostly bad but can serve a good function in the right circumstances. The ACLU or Hell's Angles, for example (at least in years past, don't know about now). Might as well use them while you can, make them work for your goals for a change. Nothing wrong with that.

Pete, I just wanted to add, usually I am against PETA, but IN THIS CASE I feel they need to do something, since this is NOT ethical treatment of animals. I hope this cat got out alive and gets placed in a loving family.
I hate to hijack, but when my Barney was born, he lived with a family with a kid that put a rubber band around him, and allowed it to grow. No one noticed, and it had to be surgically removed when the cat was two months, when they also did his *other* surgery(his "fixing"). He was taken away from that family, placed in a shelter, lived with a shelter volunteer for a while, and now lives with me. I give you...Barney the cat...  I love that little one above to death. |

not a peta member or anything, but peta people are often sort of sold short because of the extreme peta activists, sort of the way a lot of gun people are sold short by the anti gun crowd because of the bad people with guns. A lot of them just have a heart for the defenseless and are not that extreme, in my opinion.
Laws are getting tougher against animal cruelty and rightly so. I agree this should be investigated and this person prosecuted, people who know how to obtain the info get the info of this person and we should see to it that something's done. As for myself, if I witnessed something like that I'd likely be in jail, for real. Not suggesting such a response would be wise, but my rage would be to much. This person is "coward" of cowards. These types of people would do this to infants or children if the laws regarding human life weren't what they are. At least in my honest beliefs there is a loving God, a Heaven, and all animals go there. |

Please don't post personal info here. I'd prefer the thread stay open. Remember the publicity Charlie Wenzel got when he ripped off someone on Pirate 4x4? That's what I'd like to see - the scumbag who did this exposed for what he is, and prosecuted for it. Please, spread the word about this if you can. The more emails groups like PETA, DOJ, etc get, the more likely they are to track this dirtbag down. If links to this thread wind up circulated on the internet, let me say that I will pay a $500 reward to whoever nails this dirtbag. That pic is DISGUSTING and HORRIBLE. And who did it should be shot. BUT - just because some guy has crap posted on the web, doesnt mean HE DID it. Look through the crap. Alot of it is juvenile schleck from forum wars or hanging out at something aweful or whatever. You posted that 9/11 LOL pic - but he also has this one up there:  Lets not storm over to some dork who has a disgusting pic on his website. *I* have some graphic shit on my computer. Most of it is shit YOU people show me. I would hate for someone to see that and think that I love watching torture or snuff films. Maybe email the guy and see if he knows who did it. But having a pic on your box doesnt confirm anything about who actually did the horrible act. |

The whois data for this site showed that it was registered to someone in NY. I just got off the phone with NY state police to report it. The trooper said he would pass it on to there internet investigations unit.
You can go to whois.net and type in the domain excalibr.com and pull up the name of the person the site is registered to. I would suggest that everyone take a moment to look up the whois data on there own and make a call to the NY state police and follow up with an email. The NY state police office I called was 585-344-6200, it's the western headquarters and the first number listed on the site. If anyone knows a better number for the NY state police, then use that one. That is one fucked up man or woman and I can assure you that he would burn your kid as quick as he would a cat. |

 Ok... first off those pics are totally fucked. I'd like to believe that those are Photoshopped and the whole thing is an attention grabber/look at me/shock site scam, but they dont appear to be; then again... Bonsai Kitten fooled and angered a lot of people too. If the pics are real, then someone needs to pay dearly for it. I really hope this turns out to be a hoax, but I'm not counting on it. |
