Don't suppose you recall which place?  I can not think of a place in Schulenburg with an exposed grill.  I live a few miles from there, and mom was from there (would joke, odds are she is kin, but honestly - if she is, it is not close enough that I would be aware of it).  I do eat at Franks and Oakridge some - plus enjoy the Country Bakery.

I agree with the Duck.  However, I use the precooked kind since I'm only cooking for one. Less Waste.
